
About the Role
Kingsley + Co. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist / HR & Operations Assistant to support our growing real estate development firm. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will serve as the face of the office, help streamline day-to-day operations, and provide administrative support across human resources, office management, and internal communications.

Responsibilities
Including the following but not limited to:
Reception & Front Office Support
• Greet guests, clients, and partners with professionalism and hospitality
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized front office and shared spaces
• Order office supplies and coordinate office maintenance or repairs
HR & People Support
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records and support benefit enrollment tracking
• Help organize team events, meetings, and internal communications
• Support time-off tracking, employee birthdays/anniversaries, and HR files
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and policies
Operations & Administrative Support
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team leaders
• Support document organization, scanning, filing, and data entry
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos as needed
• Support internal process improvements and systems implementation
Property Management Support:
Assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including:
• Coordinate maintenance requests
• Track vendor services
• Supporting lease administration, execution, and tracking
• Ensuring timely and compliant communication with tenants and property stakeholders
Qualifications/ Requirements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in an office, HR, or administrative support role
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office technology
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with real estate, construction, or property management industries
• Experience with HR tools or applicant tracking systems (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, etc.)
• Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus
