Kingsley + Co. is proud to announce the groundbreaking of The Blair, a new 48‑unit workforce housing development in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Blair represents a continued investment in thoughtful, community‑focused development and builds directly upon the momentum of our nearby 64‑unit Blair Lofts community.


Located adjacent to Blair Lofts, The Blair is designed as a general occupancy workforce housing project utilizing the 4% non‑competitive Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Together, these two developments will create a cohesive residential corridor that strengthens the neighborhood while expanding access to high‑quality, affordable housing options for working individuals and families.


Building on What Works

The Blair is intentionally situated next to Blair Lofts to reinforce long‑term neighborhood stability and continuity. By expanding within an area where Kingsley + Co. already has a strong presence, the project allows for efficient development, consistent property management standards, and a unified vision for community impact.


This proximity also reflects a broader strategy: reinvesting in neighborhoods where development can have a compounding positive effect. With Blair Lofts already serving residents in Avondale, The Blair will further enhance housing availability while supporting local infrastructure and services.
