Progress continues at The Blair, and we're excited to celebrate another major milestone in the development of this transformative project.

This week, the building officially reached its roof topping milestone, marking the completion of the primary structural framework. Topping out a building is more than just another step in construction—it's a symbol of the hard work, dedication, and collaboration that have brought the project to this point.

To recognize the achievement, Kingsley & Co. hosted a catered lunch from Southern Grace for everyone who has played a role in making this milestone possible. From our construction crews and subcontractors to project managers and development partners, we wanted to take a moment to thank the individuals whose commitment and craftsmanship continue to move The Blair forward.

Projects like The Blair are built through teamwork, and every milestone is the result of countless hours of planning, coordination, and hands-on effort. We are grateful for everyone involved and proud of the progress we've made together.

With the structure now topped out, construction will continue with interior work, building systems, and exterior finishes as we move closer to welcoming future residents.
