BLAIR LOFTS PHASE 1

Blair Lofts Phase 1 is a newly constructed, 64-unit affordable housing development​ located in Avondale, Cincinnati. Rental rates are restricted to 40-60% AMI. The project received federal housing tax credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and is currently fully leased with a waitlist.
