The KINGSLEY + CO. Leadership team attended the Ohio Housing Conference this past week. Our founder and CEO, Chinedum K. Ndukwe, was invited to share KINGSLEY + CO.'s experience during the LIHTC 101 Panel. Chinedum discussed the team's journey of applying for and being awarded 9% LITHC funding and his keys to getting started in the industry. He walked through our latest 9% LIHTC awarded project, Victory Vistas.
