180 Student Housing Units coming to Corryville
CINCINNATI, OH — June 13, 2025 —

The Cincinnati City Planning Commission unanimously approved the final development plan for the Euclid and Corry development in Corryville, a student-focused housing project by Kingsley + Co., located just a quarter mile from the University of Cincinnati.
A seven-story project, the development will consist of 180 units with 481 total beds and 208 parking spaces. The project meets all zoning requirements and aligns with previously approved concept plans, offering much-needed student housing in a walkable, transit-friendly area. The development is designed to reduce pressure on single-family homes and supports city plans for smart, sustainable growth.
“This project reflects our commitment to thoughtful, community-driven development,” said Chinedum Ndukwe, founder of Kingsley. “We’ve listened, adapted, and are proud to bring forward a plan that balances student needs, sustainability, and neighborhood character.”
This community-centric approach was recently recognized and applauded by the City of Cincinnati during the City Planning Commission Meeting on February 7th and beyond, as Kingsley + Co. continued to modify the development to suit the area’s biggest needs. Parking capacity was increased from 173 to 208 vehicle spaces and bike parking from 182 to 245 to reflect public feedback, while preserving walkability and transit access.
The development also includes major streetscape improvements and participation in Ohio’s Clean Air Improvement Program, which will enable solar integration and sustainable design features. With support from the Corryville Community Council and over 129 community letters, the Euclid development is set to enhance the neighborhood while fulfilling a critical housing need. Kingsley + Co. anticipates that the project will breaking ground in the second quarter of 2026 and open its doors in the fall of 2028. This development was designed by Myefski Architects and successfully rezoned with legal representation from Taft Law.
