KINGSLEY + CO. and Avondale Development Corporation presented the next chapter of our Blair Lofts Affordable Housing project to the executive members of the Avondale Community Council this week. Blair Lofts Phase One would not have happened without the support of the community’s dedicated and engaged residents and their commitment to improving the housing stock in their neighborhood. We look forward to the continued support of the community as we finalize our plans for Blair Lofts Phase 2 which will bring up to 48 more units of much-needed workforce housing to the Avondale neighborhood. Together, we're not just building; we're crafting a community where residents can thrive.
