As we prepare for the grand opening ceremony of Blair Lofts Phase 1, our certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) development firm takes so much pride in these aerial images of a full parking lot and the 100% occupied building in Avondale.
We identified the underutilized site in a neighborhood with great community leadership and infill development potential. After negotiating a purchase and sale agreement with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, we partnered with Avondale Development Corporation and Fairfield Homes to create an income restricted 30%-60% AMI Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) product.
